Key Responsibilities:
Perform roof inspections and assessments for residential and commercial properties.
- Identify damage related to weather events, aging, or other causes.
- Prepare inspection reports and collaborate with estimating and production teams.
- Assist in roof sales consultations, helping clients understand their repair or replacement options.
- Oversee roof repair or replacement projects to ensure quality, safety, and efficiency.
- Coordinate with insurance adjusters and Servpro management when applicable.
- Maintain Servpro’s high standards of professionalism and customer service throughout each project.
3–5 years of experience in roofing, exteriors, or a related field.
- Proven knowledge of roof systems, materials, and installation best practices.
- Ability to perform roof assessments safely and accurately.
- Strong communication skills and a customer-focused attitude.
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
- Comfortable working outdoors and at heights.
