- Crew Management: Direct and supervise internal tradespeople and external subcontractors to keep projects moving at a high tempo.
- Site Inspections: Conduct rigorous on-site inspections to ensure safety compliance and elite craftsmanship.
- Timeline Mastery: Own the project schedule. You are responsible for ensuring jobs are completed on time and the transition from restoration to construction is seamless.
- Homeowner Relations: Be the face of the project. Youll walk homeowners through the progress, manage expectations, and ensure 100% customer satisfaction.
- Problem Solving: Identify site-specific challenges early and implement practical solutions to keep the project on track.
- Field Leadership: 35 years of experience managing construction crews or subcontractors.
