Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a team of abatement supervisors and workers
- Ensure projects are executed from estimate creation through completion, ensuring strict adherence to safety protocols and regulatory standards.
- Supervise and direct abatement crews, providing clear guidance and support to ensure efficient, high-quality work.
- Coordinate site decontamination and clearance testing post-removal.
- Maintain strong client relationships, ensuring satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle.
- Oversee project scheduling, budgeting, and documentation.
- Assist with business development and marketing efforts to expand the business with other restoration companies
- At least 4 years of experience in management role, abatement project management or a related field.
- Proven experience running crews and managing teams in an abatement or construction environment.
- Must have or be willing to obtain an Oregon and Washington Asbestos Abatement Supervisor Certification.
- This requires successful completion of supervisor-level training, at least one year of full-scale friable asbestos abatement experience (including use of powered air-purifying respirators), and documented experience on at least ten separate friable asbestos abatement projects
- Prior experience in the Restoration Industry is a plus
- Strong knowledge of regulatory requirements and best practices for asbestos and hazardous material removal.
- Excellent organizational, communication, and leadership skills.
- Ability to problem-solve and adapt in a fast-paced, safety-focused environment.
