What are the responsibilities and job description for the Window & Soft Washing Technician position at Servona?
Servona is hiring a Window & Soft Washing Technician to join our exterior cleaning team.
This position includes window cleaning, soft washing, pressure washing, exterior cleaning, helping on job sites, loading equipment, communicating with the crew, and making sure every customer gets a clean and professional experience.
We are looking for someone reliable, hard-working, coachable, and comfortable working outside. Paid training is provided.
Pay starts at $19/hour during paid training. After the 2-week training period is completed, pay increases to $21/hour.
Part-time and full-time opportunities are available.
Responsibilities:
- Clean exterior and interior windows
- Help with soft washing and pressure washing jobs
- Load and unload equipment
- Keep trucks and equipment organized
- Communicate with crew lead
- Be respectful around customers and their property
- Follow company cleaning and safety standards
- Show up on time and ready to work
Requirements:
- Must have reliable transportation
- Must have a valid driver’s license
- Must be able to work outside
- Must be able to lift equipment
- Must be comfortable using ladders once trained
- Must have a working phone
- Must be reliable and show up on time
- No experience required, but exterior cleaning experience is a plus
Pay: $19.00 - $21.00 per hour
Expected hours: 20.0 – 40.0 per week
Work Location: On the road
