What are the responsibilities and job description for the Door-to-Door Marketing Representitive position at Servona?
Servona is hiring a Door Hanger / Door-to-Door Marketing Rep to help us reach homeowners in Spokane, Spokane Valley, Coeur d’Alene, Post Falls, and surrounding areas.
This position includes placing door hangers, walking neighborhoods, speaking with homeowners when needed, tracking completed routes, taking proof photos, and helping generate new leads for exterior cleaning and lighting services.
We are looking for someone reliable, energetic, comfortable being outside, and able to work independently.
Pay starts at $19/hour during paid training. After the 2-week training period is completed, pay increases to $21/hour.
Part-time and full-time opportunities are available.
Responsibilities:
- Place door hangers in approved neighborhoods
- Walk routes and track completed areas
- Take proof photos when needed
- Talk to homeowners professionally if approached
- Follow route instructions
- Avoid no-soliciting homes
- Do not place anything on mailboxes
- Report completed routes and any issues
- Represent Servona professionally
Requirements:
- Must have reliable transportation
- Must have a valid driver’s license
- Must have a working phone
- Must be able to walk for long periods
- Must be comfortable working outside
- Must be reliable and self-motivated
- Must be able to follow instructions
- Sales or door-to-door experience is a plus, but not required
Pay: $19.00 - $21.00 per hour
Expected hours: 20.0 – 40.0 per week
