Servlegacy Inc, a growing HVAC company, is seeking a Customer Service Representative (CSR) to join our team. We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused individual who can handle both inbound and outbound calls while providing excellent support to our clients and technicians.
Key Responsibilities:
- Answer and manage incoming customer calls in a friendly and professional manner.
- Make outbound/cold calls to prospective and existing customers to generate leads, follow up on estimates, and promote services.
- Schedule service appointments and dispatch technicians using ServiceTitan software.
- Maintain accurate customer records and job details within the CRM system.
- Assist with follow-ups on open jobs, maintenance agreements, and service requests.
- Communicate with field technicians to ensure timely service and accurate job completion.
- Support the office team with data entry, reporting, and administrative tasks.
- Handle customer concerns with professionalism and escalate when necessary.
Preferred Skills & Qualifications:
- Experience with CRM systems (ServiceTitan experience strongly preferred).
- Proficiency with Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Gmail, Drive).
- Comfort making outbound/cold calls and working toward sales/conversion goals.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Previous customer service, telemarketing, or dispatch experience (HVAC/trades industry a plus).
- Must be available to work weekends.
- Heavy phones.
