Sanford School Department has an opening for an Educational Technician at the Carl J Lamb School to support a student 1:1 for academic, social and emotional learning in the special education setting. Responsibilities include supporting the classroom teacher to implement lessons, work with this student 1:1 and encouraging social interaction, and to support the student to access the general ed setting as appropriate. Successful candidate will have expereince working in a school setting with students with learning disabilities or in a position of providing care to others. Must have a current Maine Ed Tech I, II or III certification and fingerprinting/criminal history check.
