Hours: Monday - Friday, 7:30 a.m. - 4:00 p.m., School Year Calendar
Job Location: Gilbert Elementary School
Qualifications: High School graduate or equivalent; Strong computer base skills in standard office software ( Microsoft Office and Google doc) word processing, e-mail, district-specific platforms; Knowledge of office procedures and use of office equipment; Flexibility to work within timelines in a fast-paced environment with accurate attention to details; Strong professional writing skills, clear verbal communication, strong organizational skills, and ability to work cooperatively as part of a team; Skilled, courteous and confidential communication with parents / guardians / principals, teachers and other clinical administrators.
Must obtain Maine Department of Education Criminal History Record Check (CHRC) upon hire.
Rate of Pay: Per Contract
