- Generous Sign-On Bonus: We are offering a competitive sign-on bonus of $3000.00 to welcome you to our dedicated team! The first $1000.00 is paid after 3 months of employment, the next $1000.00 after 6 months of employment, and the remaining $1000.00 is paid at 1 year of employment.
- Extra State Funding: All of our current SLPs receive an additional monthly MRTQ bonus of $540.00 (minimum $360.00), paid directly through the State of Maine's ongoing program for direct care providers.
- Built-In Mentorship & On-Site CF Supervision: Owned by an SLP, we understand what a supportive environment looks like. We provide high-quality, hands-on mentorship for Clinical Fellows looking to build a strong foundation.
- Zero Travel: All preschool services are provided right inside our classrooms and clinic—no putting miles on your personal vehicle.
- Provide high-quality pediatric therapy and evaluations, focusing heavily on our preschool-aged population.
- Collaborate daily with teachers, OTs, PTs, and fellow SLPs to deliver holistic care directly within our preschool classrooms.
- Conduct assessments, write progress notes, create IEP goals, and attend IEP meetings. (Part-time local school contracts are also available if you prefer a hybrid caseload).
- Master’s Degree in Communication Disorders.
- ASHA CCC-SLP or a strong, motivated Clinical Fellowship (CFY) candidate.
- Maine State SLP license (or immediate eligibility to obtain Maine licensure).
- Comfort working directly within classroom settings and collaborating across disciplines.
