Long Term Substitute Teacher 6th Grade

ACADIA is looking for a long term substitute teacher for a 6th grade. ACADIA, A Charter Academy for Developing Independence and Achievement, provides a rigorous, comprehensive educational program for children of the Lewiston/Auburn area in grades pre-k through 6th grade.

ACADIA Academy is seeking applicants for substitute teacher positions.

Summary

• Create lesson plans while adhering to the curriculum.
• Oversee students outside of the classroom, including in the hallways and cafeteria.
• Comply with all school regulations and policies at all times.
• Take attendance and document daily notes.
• Ensure the classroom and work are kept clean and orderly.
• Oversee the normal classroom rhythms and activities.
