- Oversee student discipline and attendance
- Collaborate with staff, students, families, and community to support academic and social-emotional success
- Assist in the development and implementation of school-level strategic goals and objectives
- Supervise and evaluate staff as assigned
- Maine 045 Certification
- CHRC
- Strong communication, organizational, and leadership skills
- Continuous improvement mindset
- Experience in secondary education preferred
