Designs and implements a flexible elementary grade program that creates a classroom environment conducive to learning, personal growth, and academic success.
Creates a positive, inclusive classroom community aligned with PBIS practices, establishing clear expectations, reinforcing positive behavior, and supporting students' social-emotional development.
Differentiates instruction to develop each student's skills, attitudes, and knowledge in accordance with their individual abilities, strengths, and learning needs.
Utilizes inclusive instructional practices to ensure all students, including those with diverse learning profiles, can access grade-level curriculum and meaningfully participate in classroom learning.
Teaches reading, language arts, mathematics, science, and social studies using curriculum adopted by the School Committee, while supporting student engagement in art, health, physical education, and music.
