- Authorization as an Educational Technician III Required
- Three years post secondary education required, or 90 credit hours
- Knowledge of behavior management strategies necessary
- Ability to implement behavior plans and individual education plans needed
- Experience working in an elementary school and/or high school setting helpful
- Experience working in a program for children with emotional disabilities preferred
- Ability to work in a team approach environment required
- Willingness to assist with toileting may be necessary
- Ability to use ABA discrete trial instruction
- Willingness to learn and use Safety Care techniques necessary
