- Competent performance in/demonstrates ability to learn the following:
- Follow standardized recipes
- Adjust recipes for desired yield
- Use Food Buying Guide
- Complete paperwork with meal counts and food items used
- Assistant: $19.19 - $21.50 hourly, depending on years of service
