Job Description

- Co-Teaching: Deliver academic and behavioral instruction within a collaborative framework.
- IEP Management: Write and implement high-quality IEPs and behavior plans.
- Team Leadership: Supervise educational technicians and service providers to maintain compliance and student support.
- Communication: Maintain proactive partnerships with staff, students, and families.
- Certification: Maine 282 Certification - required
- Authorization: MDOE Fingerprinting and Background check - required
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Special Education.
- Experience: Proven background in academic/behavioral instruction and elementary programming.
- Skills: Exceptional organization, flexibility, and time management.
