Qualifications
- Minimum High School Diploma or HiSET
- Must hold a valid Maine drivers license
- Documented experience in custodial services
- Demonstrated ability to work with others in a team setting
- Must be able to lift 50 lbs.
- Must be able to climb and work on ladders
- Demonstrated knowledge of:
- Chemical handling, SDS sheets
- Storage and handling techniques
- Operation of cleaning equipment
- Heating & Ventilation
- Minor building repairs
