Job Overview
We are seeking a proactive and energetic Unloader to join our dynamic warehouse team! In this vital role, you will be responsible for efficiently unloading incoming cabinet shipments, ensuring materials are handled safely and accurately. Duties
- Unload trucks using equipment such as electric pallet jacks and pallet jacks.
- Operate RF scanners and warehouse management systems to track inventory movement accurately
- Ensure proper stacking, storage, and organization of goods in accordance with safety standards and warehouse procedures
- Conduct heavy lifting of goods and materials while adhering to OSHA safety guidelines
- Support receiving processes by verifying outbound shipments
- Collaborate with warehouse supervisors to optimize unloading operations and maintain efficiency
Experience
- Prior warehouse distribution or shipping & receiving experience preferred
- Hands-on experience operating heavy equipment such as electric pallet jacks
- Familiarity with warehouse safety protocols including OSHA standards
- Experience using RF scanners and warehouse management systems for inventory control
- Strong physical stamina for heavy lifting and prolonged standing or walking
Qualifications
- Positive, can-do attitude
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Self-starter and able to work both independently and as a team member
- High School diploma or equivalent required.
- 1-3 years Unloading freight
- Physical stamina to lift heavy items (often 50-75 lbs)
- Certification or experience operating electric pallet jacks, and manual dollies.
- Background Check & Drug Test: Frequently required for security and safety compliance.
Job hours : 6AM - Until completion
