Operations Traffic Controller

Our team is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Operations Traffic Coordinator to serve as the central hub for incoming and outgoing deliveries, courier services, and internal distribution activities.

This role requires an individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment, can effectively manage multiple priorities simultaneously, and is comfortable communicating with employees, vendors, couriers, and delivery carriers throughout the day.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate and direct all incoming and outgoing deliveries.
• Manage relationships and communications with carriers, couriers, and delivery personnel.
• Route packages, documents, and materials to the appropriate internal departments and personnel.
• Coordinate pickup requests, special deliveries, and time-sensitive transportation needs.
• Maintain accurate logs and tracking records for shipments and deliveries.
• Communicate proactively with staff regarding package arrivals, pickup schedules, and delivery status updates.
• Monitor deadlines and ensure all deliveries and courier requests are completed accurately and on time.
• Assist in prioritizing urgent requests while maintaining smooth day-to-day operations.
• Identify and resolve logistical issues before they impact service levels.
• Serve as a central point of contact for transportation, delivery, and distribution activities.

• Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and other business software.
• Experience in logistics, mail services, shipping and receiving, facilities coordination, office services, or administrative operations is preferred.
