ServiceNet is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Recruitment Coordinator to support ServiceNet’s recruitment operations with a strong focus on in-person hiring and community engagement. You will represent ServiceNet at hiring events across all four counties (Hampshire, Hampden, Franklin & Berkshire), build partnerships, and support high-priority recruitment needs, while also providing administrative and team support within the Talent Acquisition department.

Key Responsibilities
- Plan, execute, and follow up on hiring events, career fairs, and outreach across all four counties.
- Build pipelines through schools and community partners; serve as a professional, inclusive ambassador at all events.
- Ensure job postings and descriptions are accurate and updated.
- Support Onboarding Generalists and Talent Acquisition Specialists; liaise with hiring managers to streamline recruitment.
- Screen and interview candidates for critical and hard-to-fill roles; maintain a pool of qualified candidates.
- Support onboarding and candidate experience with clear communication and timely follow-up.
- Coordinate interviews, manage candidate communications, and track activities in the ATS.
- Provide reporting on recruitment outcomes and collaborate with leadership on workforce strategy.
- Perform duties as assigned by leadership.
- 2 years experience in in-person hiring events, career fairs, and community outreach.
- Experience in Talent Acquisition or Recruitment.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
- Highly organized, adaptable, and detail-oriented.
- Proficiency with ATS platforms and recruitment systems.
- Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive approach.
