We’re searching for a Recruiting Manager to help us attract, select, and onboard top talent across all our operations in MA, CT, and RI. This role is hands-on, high-impact, and essential to the success of our growing teams.
What You’ll Do
As our Recruiting Manager, you will:
- Lead full-cycle recruiting for all open roles—from job postings and sourcing to interviews and offer management.
- Maintain rapid response times to applicants and proactively move candidates through the hiring pipeline (we’re high-volume, and timing is everything).
- Partner closely with senior leadership and hiring managers to forecast staffing needs and refine recruiting strategies.
- Use creative sourcing methods—job boards, social media, networking, outreach to trade/technical schools—to build strong, diverse talent pools.
- Conduct initial screenings and coordinate next-level interviews with operations leaders.
- Create and update job descriptions to match evolving business needs.
- Strengthen our employer brand across online platforms and in the community.
- Provide data-driven insights and regular recruiting metrics to HR and management.
- Attend job fairs and community events to promote Braman as an employer of choice.
- Support smooth and engaging onboarding experiences for new hires.
- Occasionally adjust your schedule (evenings/weekends) to keep candidate communication moving quickly.
- Travel periodically to branch locations across MA, CT, and RI.
What We’re Looking For
You’ll be successful here if you:
- Have experience as a Recruiter or Recruiting Manager (in-house or agency).
- Know full cycle recruiting and modern sourcing techniques inside and out.
- Can juggle multiple priorities without missing details or losing your cool.
- Are comfortable with ATS/CRM systems and enjoy using data to improve outcomes.
- Are an excellent communicator who builds strong rapport with candidates and hiring managers.
- Bring creativity, resourcefulness, and an eye for quality in a fast-paced, high-turnover environment.
- Respond quickly to applicants and value timely communication.
- Enjoy building relationships and representing a brand with professionalism.
- Maintain professionalism, show good judgment, and thrive on teamwork and positivity.
- Can work onsite with regular, punctual attendance and successfully pass a background check and drug screen.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, Communications, or a related field — or equivalent experience.
- 1–4 years of recruiting experience; strong HR internship experience considered for recent grads with excellent communication and social media skills.
- Experience recruiting in service-oriented or field-based industries is a plus.
