Special Projects Manager for Janitorial Company

Seeking an experienced Projects Manager for leading a commercial services team.
We provide services such as

• Stripping/Waxing Floors
• Deep Cleaning Carpets
• Window Cleaning
• Post-Construction Cleaning

Compensation is a salary range of $55,000-$80,000/year depending on experience and including commission bonuses. Pay structure is estimated at 70% base and 30% commission.

Candidate Qualifications:

• Minimum 18 years of age or work permit holder
• 1-year minimum projects management experience
• US Citizen or Green Card holder
• Reliable transportation
• The ability to fill out paperwork online
• A reliable means of communication such as phone, text, or email
• Clean background check preferred
• Commercial cleaning experience a plus, not required
