Key Responsibilities:
- Filling in at various locations when extra help is needed and when personnel need time off
- Training new employees in cleaning methods at various accounts
- Providing support to our management team
- Assisting with special projects and tasks
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Performing all cleaning duties for facilities using provided ServiceMaster products, tools, and procedures
- Sweeping, mopping, polishing, trash removal, restroom cleaning, windows, dusting
- Maintaining inventory of supplies and equipment
- Using proper PPE where required
- Opening and locking facilities, enabling and disabling security systems as required
Physical Demands and Qualifications:
- Constant (up to 100%) standing, walking, pushing, kneeling, twisting, reaching
- Must be able to lift and/or carry up to 25lbs.
- Ability to differentiate between cleaning products and uses
- Performing work within production time budgets and supply budgets
- Keeping equipment clean and in good operating condition
- FOLLOWING ALL SAFETY RULES AND PARTICIPATING IN THE COMPANY'S SAFETY PROGRAM
- Adhering to company rules, policies, and operating procedures
- Attention to detail and ability to multitask
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
