What are the responsibilities and job description for the Account Manager position at ServiceMaster?
We are a locally owned and operated ServiceMaster franchise. We are growing tremendously and need assistance with our Xactimate billing and uploads for our insurance companies.
Tasks will include:
Writing water, fire, mold, and contents estimates in our Xactimate software.
Gather documentation for each job file and send to proper billing party.
Calling to collect payment on jobs after we have billed them out.
Answer any questions in regards to the billing for the estimates written.
Assisting with answering incoming phone calls.
Keeping each file compliant with documentation needed.
Making the daily schedule for the DR crew and QC manager.
This is a full time position starting at 8am -5pm Monday-Friday.
REQUIRMENTS:
Must be a team player! We are a very team oriented office and work together on everything.
Must be proficient in technology and have good customer service skills.
Xactimate experience is highly preferred but we are willing to train the right candidate.
Experience in the restoration and construction industry is also HIGHLY preferred.
