Join our team as an SEO Specialist!
Two Men and a Truck is seeking an SEO Specialist to bring focus on our SEO and AEO strategies. In this role you will plan, create, oversee, and implement all aspects of our overall SEO strategy. You will hit the ground running with full support from internal teams, from content, web products, and our web coordinators. You will have support from multiple brands and verticals within our larger portfolio at ServiceMaster Brands.
What you will do:
Develop, manage, and implement comprehensive SEO and AEO strategies across brand websites and digital channels.
Collaborate with content and marketing teams to ensure consistent brand messaging, content optimization, and digital visibility.
Support local SEO initiatives across franchise locations, providing training, resources, and quality oversight to internal teams.
Conduct comprehensive SEO audits to identify technical issues, optimization opportunities, and areas for improved search performance.
Manage off-page SEO efforts, including Google Business Profiles, local listings, and other digital presence initiatives.
Partner with web product and analytics teams to implement SEO initiatives and deliver content performance, rankings, and reporting insights.
Monitor Google Search Console and BrightEdge data to evaluate indexing, rankings, and emerging search trends, while maintaining white-hat SEO best practices and adapting to changes in Google search.
What you will bring:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, or related field preferred, with 3 years of SEO experience.
Proficiency with content management systems such as Drupal or WordPress and SEO tools including SEMrush, Ahrefs, or BrightEdge.
Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to coach, teach, and lead others.
Strong analytical and data-driven decision-making skills, including knowledge of Google Analytics and digital marketing terminology.
Highly detail-oriented and organized, with the ability to manage multiple projects, resources, and priorities while maintaining accuracy and quality.
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office and report generation, with a strong commitment to the TWO MEN AND A TRUCK® Core Values.
