Branch Manager

Job Description:

The Branch Manager is responsible for overseeing all operations at the branch location. This includes managing staff, ensuring customer satisfaction, and meeting financial goals. The Branch Manager also serves as a job project manager with appropriate duties and responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage branch staff, including hiring, training, and performance evaluations
• Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and profitability
• Ensure excellent customer service and resolve any customer complaints or issues
• Monitor branch financial performance and create reports for upper management
• Collaborate with other branch managers and corporate office to implement company policies and procedures
• Serve as a project manager for various job assignments as needed

Skills and Qualifications:

• Previous experience in a management role
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
• Knowledge of financial principles and budgeting
• Project management experience is a plus
