- Assist a Project Manager with high-impact, complex commercial restoration projects from start to finish
- Coordinate subcontractors, schedules, budgets, and safety plans
- Communicate with clients and insurance adjusters with professionalism and empathy
- Ensure projects meet timelines, compliance standards, and quality expectations
- 2–3 years of commercial restorationproject management experience
- Demonstrated experience completing estimates with software (Xactimate preferred)
- Ability to read blueprints and manage multiple projects under pressure
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and project management tools
- Valid driver’s license and ability to travel extensively
