Job responsibilities:

• Schedule appointments for water loss
• Create and upload Xactimate estimate
• Coordinate with customers, in house technicians, and insurance adjusters throughout entire process
  
  
  

Job requirements:

• Excellent customer service skills
• Will need to have the ability to take new losses and dispatch after hours on a rotational basis
• Proficient with Google Apps (particularly Sheets)
• Familiar with Google Drive
• Ability to pass background checks
• Proficient with Xactimate a plus
• Experience with industry specific programs like Restore 365 and DASH a plus
