Salary: $75,000 - $130,00 a year (Base Bonus/Commission)

Position Summary

We are seeking a driven, detail-oriented Mitigation Project Manager to lead our emergency response teams. In this role, you will oversee water, fire, mold, and biohazard restoration projects from initial inspection to final sign-off. What You'll Do (Responsibilities)

• Project Management: Oversee restoration projects, ensuring timely delivery, adherence to safety protocols, and strict quality control.
• Estimating & Scoping: Utilize Xactimate software to write accurate, timely scopes of work and estimates for insurance approval.
• Customer Relations: Manage customer expectations and maintain empathetic, clear communication with property owners and insurance adjusters throughout the timeline.
• Resource Optimization: Efficiently manage technicians, equipment, and subcontractors to maximize job profitability and performance.

What We Are Looking For (Requirements)

• Proven experience in disaster restoration, construction management, or mitigation.
• Solid working knowledge of Xactimate estimating software is highly preferred.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask under pressure.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record (mandatory).
• Ability to pass a comprehensive criminal background check and drug screening.
