Key Responsibilities
- Assess damage and determine proper remediation approach
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients and insurance adjusters
- Obtain approval on job scopes and budgets
- Provide job direction and oversight to technicians and subcontractors
- Ensure all documentation is timely and accurate in the project management system
- Conduct quality assurance checks and troubleshoot as needed
- Assist with onboarding and continuous staff training
- Participate in the on-call rotation (flexibility required)
What We’re Looking For
- 5 years of project management experience, ideally in restoration or construction
- Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills
- Strong communication and customer service abilities
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
- Familiar with using mobile devices and project management software
- Experience with Xactimate is a plus
- IICRC certification(s) strongly preferred
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
- Must pass a background check
