What You’ll Be Responsible For
- Perform strip and wax services on commercial floors
- Operate floor scrubbers (walk-behind & ride-on), buffers, and burnishers
- Complete carpet cleaning and VLM services
- Identify floor conditions and apply the correct process
- Maintain equipment and report issues in the field
- Support general cleaning tasks (restrooms, trash, dusting, etc.) when needed
- Travel to multiple job sites across the DFW area
- You have hands-on experience with strip and wax (not just assisting)
- You can run equipment without supervision
- You understand how to avoid common issues (swirl marks, uneven finish, poor pickup)
- You take pride in producing clean, professional results
- You show up on time and can be counted on
- Proven experience with floor care equipment (buffer, burnisher, scrubber)
- Reliable transportation (required)
- Ability to lift 25 lbs. and perform physical work
- Ability to work independently and at a steady pace
- Professional attitude with clients and team members
- Must wear company-provided uniform
- Most work is in the evenings and weekends
- Shift length varies based on job (typically 4–8 hours)
