What You’ll Do as a Water Restoration Technician

As an entry-level Water Restoration Technician, you’ll gain hands-on experience while working closely with our expert team to:

• Respond to emergency calls and initiate water mitigation services.


• Perform water extraction, steam cleaning, demolition, and mold remediation.


• Set up and monitor professional drying equipment.


• Accurately document progress using job management software.


• Work collaboratively with homeowners, office staff, and lead technicians to complete scheduled projects.


• Maintain company standards for appearance, communication, and equipment upkeep.

What You Bring to the Team

• High school diploma or GED.


• A strong work ethic and a team-oriented attitude.


• Basic knowledge of hand tools (preferred but not required).


• Customer service skills and a desire to learn.


• Comfort using technology like smartphones and tablets.


• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in various physical conditions (attics, crawl spaces, etc.).


• A valid driver’s license and clean driving record.

Physical Demands & Work Environment

• Be ready to work overtime, weekends, and in varying weather conditions.


• You’ll climb ladders, wear respirators when needed, and work in tight spaces.


• A strong sense of urgency and ability to follow directions are key to success.
