Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Field Water Service Technician role based in Austin, TX. The Field Water Service Technician will be responsible for performing routine maintenance and repair of water systems, troubleshooting issues, and delivering exceptional field service to ensure proper functionality of water and wastewater utilities. The role also involves addressing customer concerns and providing assistance with water service-related queries.

Qualifications
- Proficiency in Maintenance & Repair tasks related to water systems
- Strong Troubleshooting skills to identify and resolve technical and operational issues
- Experience in Field Service operations, including the ability to work outdoors and in varying conditions
- Excellent Customer Service skills to effectively communicate with and assist customers
- Knowledge of water utilities and related equipment is preferred
- Physical capability to handle tools, equipment, and tasks associated with water service maintenance
- Valid driver's license and ability to travel within the service area as needed
