What You'll Be Doing
No two days are exactly the same.
You'll work alongside a dedicated restoration team helping customers recover after water, fire, smoke, mold, and storm damage.
Your responsibilities include:
- Carefully pack, inventory, and protect customers' belongings
- Clean and restore furniture, electronics, household goods, artwork, and personal items
- Perform fire, smoke, soot, and water damage cleaning using professional restoration techniques
- Photograph, document, and inventory contents accurately
- Organize contents for transportation, storage, or return to the customer
- Maintain a clean, organized work environment and company equipment
- Deliver exceptional customer service with professionalism and compassion
- Assist with restoration projects and demolition when needed

Qualifications
- 1 year of restoration, cleaning, moving, construction, or related experience preferred
- Valid driver's license with a good driving record
- Ability to lift 50 pounds regularly
- Comfortable working in damaged homes and commercial buildings
- High school diploma or GED
- Able to successfully pass a background check
