Not every Project Manager is the right fit.

Some people manage schedules.

Some manage subcontractors.

Some simply keep jobs moving.

That's not who we're looking for.

We're looking for someone who takes ownership.

Someone customers trust.

Someone subcontractors respect.

Someone who solves problems before they become emergencies.

Someone who treats every project like it's their own.

If that's you, keep reading.

This Isn't Just Another Project Manager Position.

If all you're looking for is a paycheck, there are plenty of companies hiring.

If you're looking for a place where your leadership matters, where your ideas are heard, where you're trusted to make decisions, and where you can build something meaningful...

...welcome to Monroe Restoration.

We're not trying to become the biggest restoration company.

We're building the best.

That means hiring exceptional people, giving them the tools to succeed, expecting accountability, and creating opportunities for them to grow.

We're building a company we'd want to work for ourselves.

Who We Are

For more than 40 years, Monroe Restoration has helped families recover after fire, water, storm, and mold damage throughout Northern Indiana.

But what really drives us isn't construction.

It's helping people through one of the most stressful moments of their lives.

Every project we complete represents someone's home.

Someone's memories.

Someone's biggest investment.

We never forget that.

How We Operate

We're serious about building a great company.

That's why we run on the Entrepreneurial Operating System (EOS).

Our team knows:

  • What success looks like.
  • How performance is measured.
  • Where the company is headed.
  • What we're trying to accomplish together.

We're not perfect.

We're continuously improving.

If you're someone who enjoys helping build better systems, better teams, and better results, you'll fit right in.

What You'll Own

You'll take complete ownership of residential reconstruction projects from signed contract through final completion.

You'll coordinate every moving part while protecting the customer experience, schedule, quality, and profitability.

You'll be responsible for:

  • Leading multiple residential reconstruction projects simultaneously
  • Scheduling subcontractors and suppliers
  • Managing budgets and job costs
  • Reviewing scopes and plans
  • Processing purchase orders and change orders
  • Conducting quality inspections
  • Keeping homeowners informed every step of the way
  • Solving problems quickly and professionally
  • Working closely with estimating, administration, and leadership
  • Delivering projects that make both our customers and our team proud

We don't micromanage.

We hire professionals.

Then we trust them to lead.

The Projects

Every week is different.

Projects include:

  • Fire Damage Reconstruction
  • Water Damage Reconstruction
  • Storm Damage Repairs
  • Insurance Reconstruction
  • Kitchen Remodeling
  • Bathroom Remodeling
  • Whole-Home Renovations

No repetitive production work.

No cookie-cutter projects.

Every job brings new challenges.

The Kind of Person Who Succeeds Here

Our best Project Managers aren't superheroes.

But they all have a few things in common.

They communicate early.

They stay organized.

They solve problems.

They own mistakes.

They earn trust.

They care about quality.

They protect profitability.

They make the people around them better.

Most importantly...

They never say,

"That's not my job."

What We're Looking For

  • Three or more years managing residential construction projects
  • Experience leading subcontractors
  • Strong scheduling and budgeting skills
  • Excellent customer communication
  • Ability to read plans and construction scopes
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Valid driver's license
  • Clean driving record
  • Ability to pass a background check

Previous restoration experience is helpful, but it isn't required.

We'll teach restoration.

We can't teach ownership.
