Job Description ServiceMaster by Holobinko has have a full-time opening for a Business Development Manager in Central PA (Bellefonte) Must have experience calling on and marketing to insurance companies, adjusters, and businesses
- Be authorized to legally work in the United States
- Background check and drug testing required
Sell and market the ServiceMaster restoration system to insurance agents, property management firms and commercial accounts.
- Work in conjunction with office staff in support of the franchise to drive sales
- Listens to the customer and creatively develops strategies to sustain and grow accounts
- Assists in developing marketing strategy for potential new accounts ; Leads in the implementation of new programs and accounts
- Accountable for meeting and/or exceeding established revenue goals ; Ability to interpret management data
- Capable of managing within budgetary guidelines ; Ensures tracking of sales results on a consistent basis in relation to established goals
- Consistently working to develop new relationships in the insurance industry
- Hosting outings for current customers
- Identifying and target new customers and existing customers with growth potential
- Proactively develop and maintain new and existing customer relationships
- Actively represent the company at association and other networking events
- Prepare Proposals with Senior Management and give input as required
- Report on Business Performance as required
Skills/Qualifications:
- Energetic Self Starter
- Ability to work nights or weekends and travel
- Demonstrated effective communication skills, both oral and written
- Demonstrated effectiveness at negotiation, and establishing rapport with customers and potential customers
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects efficiently and effectively
- Computer skills including the use of Microsoft office, databases, internet research tools
- An established record of honesty, trustworthiness, and meeting goals with minimal supervision
- Requirements:
- Must have valid driver's license and clean MVR.
- Ability to spend 85% of the time on the road visiting customer
- Travel out of Area and State will be required for CAT situations
Starting Salary based upon experience and added unlimited Commission.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $50,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year

COVID-19 considerations:
We are a disaster restoration company and as such we do COVID clean up. Our marketing and sales are done mostly in the field so you will be expected to visit and sell in the field which will bring you into contact with people.

- High school or equivalent (Preferred)
Experience:
- Marketing: 1 year (Preferred)
Willingness to travel:
- 75% (Required)
