We’re looking for an organized and articulate individual to join our team as an Account Manager. In this role, you’ll have the opportunity to develop strong, meaningful relationships with our franchise owners providing expertise and knowledge on digital marketing. You’ll be a direct line of communication for our network when it comes to their local digital marketing and act as the liaison between our network and digital vendor
Timely communication is imperative in this position to ensure that projects, campaign optimizations, and other tasks are completed according to deadlines and communicated properly. A high level of dialogue is expected so that all campaigns run efficiently, meet deadlines, and satisfy the franchisee’s expectations.
Compensation: 65-70K annually

Essential Duties/Responsibilities
- Hold vendors accountable for tasks and follow through to ensure campaign performance meets the needs of our franchisees.
- Communicate the correct information to franchisees, internal team members, and report to the Digital Marketing Manager.
- Work closely with Digital Marketing team to align and maximize local strategies.
- Understand fully each franchise’s needs, goals and expectations.
- Actively review and analyze campaign performance and make strategic recommendations to franchise owners on digital marketing.
- Actively participate in Strategy Calls, Performance Reviews, and other digital marketing related discussions within the network.
- Monitor franchisee dashboards on a daily basis.
- Maintain knowledge of franchisee performance and expectations on a consistent basis.
- Work closely with Business Development Representatives to monitor franchisee capacity and demand, especially during area wide events.
- Arrange meetings and set clear expectations with both the franchisee and digital vendor to understand their requirements.
- Maintain quality control of all work that is submitted by our digital vendors to ensure that expectations are being met.
- Oversee the communication and performance.
- Report campaign details to the franchisee and all team members.
- Monitor all stages of campaigns to guarantee that they run smoothly and effectively.
- Manage administration tasks that will help to keep campaigns well-coordinated and organized.
- At least 2 years of marketing agency or digital marketing experience
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Ability to effectively communicate highly technical information to a less familiar audience
- Proven organizational skills
- Full awareness of creative processes and techniques, including digital platforms.
- True understanding of digital marketing, including an understanding of Google Ad Words
- A keen eye for detail and an understanding of the need to stay within the budget
- Must be a strategic thinker who is able to see the big picture
- Working knowledge of the digital space including but not limited to social media, search (PPC, LSA’s and SEO), display, and email platforms
- Willingness to learn new programs.
