What You'll Do
- Serve as the primary point of contact for franchisees on all local digital marketing efforts
- Manage franchisee accounts, delivering expert guidance and strategic support to meet marketing needs
- Monitor and optimize campaign performance, providing insights and proactive adjustments to drive results
- Communicate clearly with franchisees and internal teams to ensure alignment on marketing initiatives
- Partner with channel teams to develop and execute effective local marketing strategies
- Understand each franchise’s goals and challenges to deliver tailored, data‑driven marketing solutions
- Lead strategy calls, performance reviews, and ongoing discussions while tracking key metrics and trends
- 4–6 years of experience in a marketing agency or digital marketing role
- Bachelor’s degree required
- Strong oral and written communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non‑technical audiences
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail, including awareness of budget considerations
- Solid understanding of creative processes and digital marketing techniques across key platforms
- Working knowledge of social media, search (PPC, LSAs, SEO), display, and email marketing
- Curiosity and adaptability, with a willingness to learn new tools and programs
