The Senior Manager, Supply Chain & Procurement, plays a key role in providing exceptional service to our customers while optimizing investments in working capital and managing total cost. The primary function is to develop and lead enterprise-level supply chain and procurement strategies that drive profitability, standardization, and scalability across the franchise network.

The wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. At SMB, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role, and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current salary starts at $120,000 plus incentive.

The Senior Manager, Supply Chain & Procurement, plays a key role in providing exceptional service to our customers while optimizing investments in working capital and managing total cost. The primary function is to develop and lead enterprise-level supply chain and procurement strategies that drive profitability, standardization, and scalability across the franchise network.
What You Will Do
- Negotiate high-impact contracts that leverage corporate scale to deliver measurable savings and operational value.
- Present procurement insights, cost savings, and performance metrics to the ELT, framing supply chain strategy as a driver of growth and franchise success.
- Partner with Finance, Legal, and Operations leadership to align sourcing strategies with corporate priorities and compliance standards.
- Drive process enhancement and/or lead development of new processes across functional departments
- Analyze replenishment parameters such as forecasts, order cycles, safety stock, lead times and make appropriate adjustments in ERP system as it relates to daily exception review.
- Maintain and update inventory parameters such as vendor and item minimum order quantities, vendor lead times, vendor contacts, etc.
- Optimize the end-to-end supply chain ecosystem — from sourcing through distribution — to enhance reliability, transparency, and systemwide performance.
- Consistently monitor supplier performance; hold suppliers accountable and drive towards resolution of issues and ensuring optimal supplier performance.
- Primary metrics will balance cost, inventory investment, and service (focus on turns and fill rates)
- Strong background in supply chain, inventory management, and procurement
- Experience leading organizations through large change initiatives and organization consolidation
- Experience in supply chain optimization, forecasting and statistical analysis
- Excellent problem solving, analytical, communication and organizational skills.
- Bachelor’s degree required.
