Territory Business Development Executive - Outside Sales Representative & Account Manager

What You’ll Do:
- Knocking on doors, meeting decision-makers, and earning their trust.
- Prospect, qualify, present, and close in a long term relationship based sales environment.
- Build a pipeline, nurture relationships, and turn prospects into loyal clients.
- Represent ServiceFirst Restoration, one of SoCal’s most trusted names in water, mold and fire restoration and construction.
What We Offer:
- Base Salary: $65K–$75K (DOE)
- Commissions: Target $15K first year
- Bonus: Up to $15K for exceeding goals
- Total Potential: $100K if you have the skills and do the work!

- Two weeks of onboarding, then freedom to run your territory without micromanagement
