- Own your metrics, using ServiceTitan and digital invoicing to track revenue and service goals.
- Hands-on residential plumbing expertise from running real service calls in real homes.
- Knowledge of safety practices and local plumbing codes.
- Comfort with technology: iPads, ServiceTitan, and digital paperwork.
- Clear communication with homeowners — you’re confident at the kitchen table.
- Personal accountability — you hold yourself to a high standard and track your numbers.
- Valid driver’s license with a clean record.
- Fluent in English.
- Regularly sit, stand, walk, kneel, squat, and stoop; use hands to handle tools and controls; hear and speak on the job.
- Reach with hands and arms; climb ladders; work in hot/cold spaces such as attics and crawl spaces.
- Frequently lift 50 pounds.
- Require close vision and the ability to adjust focus.
- Work indoors and outdoors across New Jersey seasons; conditions vary based on scope of work.
