- Guide homeowners through choices—repair vs. replace, financing options, and service agreements—so they can make confident decisions.
- Own your performance: track metrics and hit revenue and service goals.
- Hands-on residential experience running service calls.
- Fluency with tech like ServiceTitan, tablets/iPads, and digital invoicing.
- Excellent homeowner communication skills for clear, respectful conversations.
- Solid grasp of safety practices and local electrical codes.
- Valid driver’s license with a clean record.
- Fluent in English.
