Role Description
The Outside Sales Representative is a full-time, hybrid role based in Little Rock, AR, with some work-from-home flexibility. This role is responsible for managing and growing a portfolio of contractor and retail accounts, focusing on insulation, gutters, and related building products. Daily activities include conducting in-person and virtual sales calls, delivering sales presentations, identifying new business opportunities, and maintaining strong relationships with existing customers. The Outside Sales Representative will collaborate with internal teams to provide accurate quotes, ensure timely delivery, and resolve customer issues, while meeting or exceeding sales targets. The role also involves monitoring market trends, participating in local industry events, and maintaining detailed records in CRM systems.
