Service One is seeking a skilled Field Service Technician to join our dedicated Service Team. In this role, you will diagnose, maintain, and repair a wide variety of commercial restaurant equipment, ensuring our client's kitchens operate at peak efficiency.

Compensation: Competitive salary (commensurate with experience) plus premium overtime pay.

Key Responsibilities:

• Diagnose and repair malfunctions in diverse commercial restaurant equipment.
• Execute scheduled preventative maintenance procedures to ensure equipment longevity.
• Manage and complete digital work orders with efficiency and precision.
• Respond promptly to urgent emergency service calls as required.

Required Skills & Experience:

• Strong electrical troubleshooting knowledge (required).
• Proven experience in equipment repair, maintenance, and installation techniques.
• Exceptional problem-solving capabilities and analytical skills.
• Clear verbal and written communication skills for client interaction.
• Professional demeanor with a strong commitment to customer satisfaction.
• High integrity, strong work ethic, and ability to work independently.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
• Ability to maintain a clean, organized service vehicle and job site.
• Flexibility to work paid overtime for emergency and peak-demand calls.

Preferred Skills (Plus Factors):

• Working knowledge of commercial plumbing systems.
• Basic understanding or experience with commercial HVAC systems.

Qualifications:

• Valid Driver’s License (Required)
• High School Diploma or equivalent (Preferred)
• Valid US Work Authorization (Required)
