Responsibilities:
- Diagnose and repair HVAC and refrigeration equipment
- Perform routine maintenance on HVAC systems to ensure optimal performance and prevent breakdowns
- Present recommendations for new equipment and provide value to customers
- Demonstrate effective problem-solving skills
- Educate customers on proper system operation and energy-saving tips to maximize efficiency
- Attend periodic company or manufacturer training
- Consistently work with and handle at least 50lbs
- Other duties as assigned
What You Will Bring:
- HVAC degree or equivalent HVAC service experience
- Valid driver’s license with clean motor vehicle record
- Ability to handle heavy equipment
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
- Ability to work in confined spaces (e.g., attics, crawl spaces, basements).
- Prolonged periods of standing, kneeling, and bending.
- Ability to work at heights (e.g., ladders, elevated plat forms).
- Manual dexterity to handle electrical tools and equipment.
- Ability to work in various weather conditions when performing outdoor installations.
