Compensation
Performance-based W-2 pay

Responsibilities
Diagnose and repair residential HVAC systems.
Perform maintenance and system inspections.
Communicate repair options clearly to homeowners.
Provide high-quality service on every call.
Document service calls, notes, photos, and completed work.
Maintain a clean and organized service vehicle.
Follow company procedures and dispatch scheduling.
Represent Service One professionally in customers’ homes.
Qualifications
Prior residential HVAC service experience required.
EPA Certification required.
Strong diagnostic skills.
Valid driver’s license preferred.
Professional communication skills.
Reliable, motivated, and customer-focused.
Comfortable using mobile dispatch/service software.
NATE Certification is a plus, but not required.
