Service One Air Conditioning, Heating & Plumbing is hiring a Service Manager in Keller, TX.
We are looking for an experienced HVAC leader to manage our service technicians, oversee daily service calls, support dispatch, improve call quality, and help the team deliver a better customer experience.
This is a full-time, in-office role for someone who understands residential HVAC service and knows how to lead technicians with accountability.
Compensation:
$120,000–$140,000 bonus
W-2 position
Performance-based pay
Schedule:
Monday–Friday
9 AM–5 PM

Responsibilities:
Manage HVAC service technicians
Oversee daily service call flow
Support dispatch with technician assignments
Review job quality, notes, callbacks, and customer experience
Coach technicians on diagnostics, communication, and performance
Help improve department efficiency and profitability
Handle escalated customer situations when needed

Strong HVAC service background
Prior leadership or field supervisor experience preferred
