ServiceMaster is a full-service restoration company specializing in water mitigation, mold remediation, fire/smoke cleanup, & contents. We are seeking a high-energy Business Development Representative with existing industry relationships to drive new mitigation and environmental work.
Duties
- Develop and maintain referral relationships with:
- Plumbers
- Property managers
- HOAs
- Insurance adjusters
- Commercial facilities
- Perform daily field prospecting (drop-ins, lunches, site visits)
- Generate water, mold, and contents losses
- Track all activity in CRM in real time
- Schedule CE classes and marketing events
- Build and manage a pipeline of $300k per month
- Requirements
- Restoration or home services BDR experience preferred
- Existing book of business strongly preferred
- Ability to perform 25 field visits per week
- Strong relationship-building and follow-up skills
- CRM usage required (mobile updates after each visit)
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
