Core Responsibilities
Analytics & Insight Generation
- Build and maintain reporting and dashboards that provide visibility into spend, pricing, supplier performance, and savings
- Partner with Technology team to drive enterprise data and analytics strategies forward
- Analyze data to identify trends, cost opportunities, and actionable insights
- Improve data quality and consistency and serve as a reliable source for procurement analytics
- Support sourcing strategies, RFPs, and supplier negotiations with data-driven analysis and benchmarking
- Build financial models and business cases to evaluate sourcing opportunities and trade-offs
- Turn analysis into clear recommendations that guide procurement and operational decisions
- Track supplier and category performance, including savings realization and program adoption
- Identify risks and improvement opportunities related to pricing, supply, and adoption
- Establish internal and external data governance controls
- Help build and scale procurement analytics tools, reporting, and processes
Core Capabilities & Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Finance, Business, Analytics, or related field
- 3 to 5 years of experience in procurement, analytics, finance, or related roles
- Strong analytical skills with experience working with large or incomplete datasets
- Advanced Excel skills and experience with data visualization tools such as Power BI or Tableau
- Experience working with spend analytics platforms
- Solid business judgment and ability to connect data to financial and operational outcomes
- Strong communication skills with the ability to present insights clearly to stakeholders
- Ability to work across teams and influence in a decentralized environment
