The Procurement Analyst will be a core member of the Procurement Excellence (PX) team, supporting the enterprise-wide transformation toward a center-led, AI-driven procurement model. This role sits at the intersection of data, process, and performance — driving the analytical backbone that enables speed, consistency, and value across all procurement functions including Direct, Indirect, Logistics, Supply Chain Strategy, Business Units, and Regions.

- Maintain data integrity and alignment across procurement systems and applications
- Support part-level analysis, supplier performance analysis, and scorecard development
- Perform global contract analysis and ensure data accuracy and accountability across platforms
- Contribute to the development and maintenance of a procurement data layer / lakehouse environment
- Build and maintain dashboards and reporting tools that translate data into actionable insights
- Support spend taxonomy development, categorization, and ongoing maintenance
- Assist in the development and tracking of procurement KPIs, savings pipelines, and value creation metrics
- Contribute to scorecard development and performance reporting for category teams and stakeholders
- Help ensure spend visibility across the organization and alignment to value creation goals
- Contribute to Phase 1 foundation-building activities including data cleanup, standardization, and governance
- Support the buildout of the Procurement Excellence backbone and intake/governance frameworks
- Assist in evaluating and implementing AI copilot tools (RFx, SOW, contract review) as the organization scales
- Document processes and support training efforts to enable team capability development
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, Finance, Data Analytics, or a related field
- 5 years of experience in procurement, supply chain, or a related analytical role
- Proficiency in data analysis tools (Excel, Power BI, Tableau, or similar)
- Experience with ERP or data and procurement platforms (SAP, Jaeggar, Snowflake, or similar)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to data accuracy
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, transformational environment
- Experience with supplier performance management or contract analytics
- Familiarity with spend analysis tools or procurement data governance practices
- Exposure to AI-driven procurement tools or automation workflows
- Strong communication skills with ability to present data insights to non-technical stakeholders
