Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Bryan, TX, for an Insurance Assistant. The Insurance Assistant will support daily operations within an active, high volume team. This includes processing insurance documents, providing excellent customer service, conducting communication with clients and providers, and assisting in financial and administrative tasks related to clients’ needs. The role also involves supporting insurance brokerage activities and ensuring smooth workflow within the team.
Qualifications
- College Degree or Equivalent(or very soon to have)
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to effectively interact with clients and providers
- Basic understanding of business and related administrative tasks
- Attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Proficiency with standard office software and tools
- Ability to work in high volume situations while accomplishing goals efficiently
- Ability to pass Texas P&C insurance license process
