What You’ll Do
* Build and maintain strong relationships with clients
* Educate clients on coverage options in a clear and approachable way
* Proactively review policies and identify opportunities to better protect client assets
* Deliver an industry leading client experience
* Work collaboratively with team members across the agency
* Represent Rollo Insurance in the local community through networking and relationship-building
What We’re Looking For
* Active Texas Property & Casualty license
* Previous insurance or sales experience
* Strong communication and relationship-building skills
* Self-motivated with a competitive spirit and team-first attitude
* Organized, proactive, and trustworthy
* Someone who values integrity, service, accountability, and community involvement
